RAFFLE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
1. The purchase price for one raffle ticket is $20.00. A limit of 300 tickets will be sold. Must be 18 years or older to purchase a raffle ticket.
2. Ticket entries can be purchased from a Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association Board Member or a Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association Volunteer.
3. Tickets must be purchased with cash or via PayPal.
4. All entry purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. The winner of the raffle will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at approximately 3:00 p.m. EDT at the Flower City Feis, at the SERC at Brockport State College, 321 New Campus Dr, Brockport, NY 14420. Entrant(s) do not need to be present to win.
6. Winner(s) agree to furnish the Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association with a valid ID to verify his/her identity before claiming prize.
7. The 1st prize winner of the raffle is entitled to a custom Prodigy solo dress (Value up to $2,500.00 USD), based on the standard Prodigy design package. Package includes design consultation, up to 2 design rendering(s), up to $500.00 in Swarovski crystals and international shipping. Extras available at winner’s cost. Delivery can be within 5-6 weeks of the raffle being drawn, or later at an agreed upon time between winner and Prodigy. The 2nd prize winner will receive a Feis-Ready Basket: including, but not limited to a gift certificate for Rutherford cavan pumps, hard shoe buckles, feis socks and other feis accessories. The 3rd prize winner will receive a $100.00 gift card to Dick’s Sporting Goods
7. Winner will assume and be responsible for all communications with Prodigy. The Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitations warranties of merchantability.
8. The winner of the raffle must claim the prize within 14 days of the drawing. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of the drawing, by responding to telephonic or written notice from the Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association or otherwise, the prize will be forfeited. After the prize is claimed, winner must abide by any restrictions placed on voucher by the issuing donor (e.g. expiration date for use).
9. Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their full names, addresses, email, and telephone numbers on each individual ticket stub. Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association shall, will and can have no obligation for payment or delivery of any prize to any person other than the Entrant.
10. Purchasers of tickets, by participating in the raffle, release the Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association, its directors, officers, members and agents from any and all liability, loss or claim arising out of any raffle prize, expressly waive any such claim and agree that the liability, if any, of the Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association, its directors, officers, members and agents shall be limited to the raffle ticket price paid. The Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association makes no express or implied warranty as to the Raffle prize.
11. Any and all disputes, claims and controversies concerning this raffle shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration, to be conducted under arbitration rules in the State of New York.
12. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
13. Raffle is void where prohibited.
14. Winner(s) agree to allow the Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association to publish their names and photographs on the Rochester Irish Dance Parent Association website, Instagram and Facebook page.
